an focuses his practice on the areas of residential real estate,
DUI/Municipal Court,
and
record expungement. He regularly participates
in Continuing Legal Education, real-life experience, and further research in these areas of law thereby gaining the specific expereince you need to handle
your case effectively.
Dan graduated from Philadelphia's Temple University
cum laude, with separate Honors in his major of Criminal Justice, in 1993.
He then moved to New York City and attended Fordham University School of Law
where he was active in Moot Court and was awarded the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award.
Following graduation, Dan passed the bar exams for both
New Jersey and New York and he was admitted to practice in both states
in 1998.
Since 1998, Dan practiced with one firm
until he founded Kelley Law Offices in 2005. He
has also taught several courses back at Temple University
where he remains active as an Adjunct Professor.
Dan is a member of the Camden
County,
Burlington County and Mercer
County Bar Associations.
Dan
is also active in the local community where he has enjoyed working with
Habitat for Humanity and participating in various
community service activities through the Camden
County Bar Association, where he served as a member of the Young Lawyer's
Division and its Public Service Committee. He is also a regularly involved with various charity events including the annual Super
Scoop Ice Cream Party to benefit the
Joshua Kahan Childhood Cancer fund
and the annual
Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Walk
to Cure Diabetes.
Dan resides in Cherry Hill with his beautiful wife, Lauren, two lovely daughters and two miniature daschunds.
