Per Diem/Affiliate Counsel

      P er diem in Latin literally translates to per day and is used in many contexts from describing daily rates for employment or other calculations. While most clients will personally retain and be interviewed by Dan Kelley at the start of their case, sometimes, affiliate counsel, (per diem) may cover an appearance or event due to scheduling and/or availability issues. (If a specific attorney is important to you, please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate your request). All of our affiliate counsel are highly experienced (title company counsel, prosecutors, etc.) in the areas they cover and maintain the same high standards and allegiance to Kelley Law clients as our full time attorneys and staff. In addition, before any staff/affiliate is assigned a file, they are provided with the paper file, review the case with Kelley Law, and discuss any significant issues as well as client expectations and wishes.

  Our Affiliate Counsel come from various backgrounds and all reside and practice law in South Jersey, thereby familiar with local issues and customs.
