Introduction/History:
Kelley Law Offices was founded by Daniel B. Kelley, Esq. in 2005 after Dan Kelley
developed his skills and experience for seven years with one firm following law school. The firm provides
comprehensive and professional legal representation at affordable rates in a manner that will
make you feel at ease and understand your options. Flat rates are available for almost every
case and we offer many payment options to accommodate your needs.
Every firm employee working on your case is dedicated to maintaining and developing our
high standards of client service and care. Because our good work and concern for our clients
shows, many of our cases come from referrals through past clients and other professionals
we meet in the field.
Not Your Typical Law Firm:
Besides using their best efforts on your case, our attorneys and staff are also courteous and
concerned about you and your case. Our attorneys and staff will treat you and your case with the
importance of a case for themselves or their family. Down to earth, common sense advice you can understand.

Lastly, we regularly volunteer for and accept cases on a pro-bono basis where our areas of practice meet the needs of an indigent client, typically referred to us by
the local bar associations we work with.
Professional Affiliations:
Kelley Law Offices not only has strong ties to the community, but also maintains
connections or business relationships with many local businesses and organizations. We serve as approved counsel for several local real estate agencies and are the preferred counsel for many local agents. In addition to the
referrals we receive from other lawyers familiar with our work, we also accept cases through the bar Lawyer Referral Services for:

Our firm also serves as counsel for numerous pre-paid legal services programs, whose members receive the benefit of our firm's assistance
